BOYNTON BEACH, FL - August 31, 2005 - SpanishNet College and the
Deaver Foundation announced today that they have established a
cooperation agreement to offer Spanish language courses to US teachers
and other school employees, as well as for nurses and related health
care providers.

As a first step, SpanishNet College has already initiated a pilot
program for a group of teachers in Forsyth County, North Carolina. And
the reviews are already coming in:

"I am really enjoying the Spanish course. It really is a great
way to learn Spanish. It is really not that time consuming; it
is up to you how much effort and time you put forward. We have
a great teacher and I am really having fun and learning at the
same time!" - T.P.

"Thanks for doing this course. I am really enjoying it and
now that school is over I should be able to devote more time
to it. This is exactly what I wanted...a directed self
study. Thanks for all your help!" - L.A.R.

The online learning program enables students to study regardless of
time and place and will help those who need to communicate with the
growing Hispanic population about crucial subjects such as education
and health.

Educating students online for the past ten years, SpanishNet College
is highly regarded for its expertise in online course delivery that
satisfies training needs in areas such as: required weekly
participation; concentrated study; Web-based research for the most
current information on the subject; regular interaction with the
professor and nationwide classmates in a small online classroom
setting; and evaluation of knowledge acquisition.

The school is well known for its asynchronous style of study, enabling
students in a variety of time zones to interact with their professors
and fellow students when convenient, and also to allow them to log in
at the same time using text and live, audio virtual classrooms. The
school offers a large number of courses for a variety of interests.

The special course will start on Monday, October 3, 2005, and end on
Friday, April 21, 2006. There will be three, two-month course
segments: Spanish 101, 102 and 103, but classes will not be offered
during the month of December due to the holidays.

The last day for registration will be Friday, September 23, 2005.
Interested students may request further information and a registration
form by emailing: spanscholar2006@cs.com.
